UNITED SOCCER LEAGUE RULES OF CONDUCT

As a general rule, all participant conduct is subject to the then-current FIFA Laws of the Game except as expressly modified by the United Soccer League's Rules of Competition and will be judged according to FIFA standards as modified by the United Soccer League's Rules of Competition and these Rules of Conduct
In the spirit of the game, the following guidelines will be used when determining suspensions and other penalties. Please, refer to the "Rules of Competition" for general information regarding the conduct of individuals. Below are some of the penalties that will be levied for infractions:

| Offensive Language to Opponent, Spectator, Manager |

| Unsportsman-like Conduct | Yellow Card |
| Offensive Language to Referee | Red Card |

| Dangerous Play | Yellow Card |
| Spitting at another individual, including, without limitation, another player, referee, team manager, fan |

| Fighting | Red Card |
| Physical Threat to another individual, including without limitation, referee, opponent, manager, spectator |

| Senior Division Only | |
| What would otherwise be a legal, clean slide tackle in any of the other divisions is not permitted in the Senior Division | indirect free kick |
| Slide tackles resulting in the awarding of a direct free kick or penalty kick | Yellow or Red Card in the referee's discretion depending on egregiousness of foul |
