From GPS:

Take Exit 161 to SR-4 East.  Follow SR-4 to Teaneck and exit at River Road.  Make a right turn at the end of the ramp, proceed to the first light and turn left.  Stay to your right into the "FDU Athletics Fieldhouse"; field will be on your right.

From I-80 West:

Take I-80 East to the Garden State Pkwy North to Exit 161 (SR-4 East).  Follow SR-4 to Teaneck and exit at River Road.  Make a right turn at the end of the ramp, proceed to the first light and turn left.  Stay to your right into the "FDU Athletics Fieldhouse"; field will be on your right.

From I-95 East:

Take I-95 South to SR-4 West.  Follow SR-4 West and exit at River Road in Teaneck.  Take the first left and the field is on your right.
